It may be getting colder… but there’s a smile on my face!

November already! It’s been an exciting re-opening for Airhedz Aerial Training.

I started a new partnership, working with Affinity Pole Studio in Chestfield, where I now run Aerial Hoop classes for adults and family groups; I get to train a little myself, and it’s a great place to run private classes.

I have been greatly humbled by the response to my Aerial Yoga classes that continue to run at the wonderful Soul Solutions Studio in Faversham. All 3 courses sold out quickly, and EVERYONE continued onto the next block!!! At the end of each session, they all get to suspend, quietly meditating on the efforts they put in. I’m now looking at offering a 4th class in January 2022… so get booking!

During the summer months I taught private classes in the garden, but as the nights drew in, and the chill entered the air, I moved them all indoors. These sessions have gone down a treat with adults, teens, and youngsters joining in the fun! Hoop, hammock, and aerial fabric are firm favourites! Each session is bespoke to the participant, helping them fulfil their dreams.

So, I’d like to just say a big THANK YOU to all of who have joined in the Airhedz Aerial fun. You have helped me get back on my feet after Covid shut my little circus down. It is really exciting to be back doing what I love, sharing the art of aerial with you all.

If you’ve been unlucky to nab a space this term, then keep an eye out for the classes in 2022. I’ll be sharing details here and on our social media soon.

Take care everyone,

Tina Carter
