You will learn: Developing Silks Drops
This course is aimed at adults and mature youths with reasonable fabric experience who want to add dynamic tricks to their repertoire.
You will be introduced to a variety of drops and dynamic movements and learn the theory that governs them.
You MUST be able to:
Climb and descend safely | Do Catchers Wrap cleanly and confidently from a climb | Know and cleanly do a scissor lock / hip key (hip lock)
If you are still new to aerial, then start with Tina’s Aerial Fabric Class to build your skills, strength and knowledge first.
