This is an introduction to trapeze. You will learn introductory movements on single-point and double-point trapeze, working at different heights.
- Beginners will be guided through some of the fundamentals of static trapeze
- We will concentrate on safe movement, getting used to the equipment
- We will look at conditioning exercises that help build the strength required for aerial
- Tricks and poses will be added in a progressive way taking all abilities into consideration.
Adults and mature youths with no experience are welcome.
