This is an introduction to trapezeYou will learn introductory movements on single-point and double-point trapeze, working at different heights.

Course overview:

  • Beginners will be guided through some of the fundamentals of static trapeze
  • We will concentrate on safe movement, getting used to the equipment
  • We will look at conditioning exercises that help build the strength required for aerial
  • Tricks and poses will be added in a progressive way taking all abilities into consideration.

Adults and mature youths with no experience are welcome.
