WHAT IS AERIAL YOGA?
In Airhedz Aerial Yoga sessions, Tina guides you through aerial and yoga actions that work on strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. Coming from a circus aerial background, she enjoys sequencing movements that incorporate the floor and the air, using the hammocks to challenge and support the movements. Each session concludes with a meditative relaxation.
